It is sunny against a mostly blue sky backdrop outside but, as predicted, very cold. I did not even take Bodie for his walk this morning! My
GOES 16 screen grab (above) shows snow streamers coming off the Great Lakes (left) with the prevailing northwesterly winds (below). The situation is even more pronounced off the coast of Maine (far right) where the lake effect is an
ocean effect.
